I purchased a promotional pack of Dettol invigorating shower gel with free loofah on 7 August 2013 from Pick n Pay at Bedford Centre. Upon opening the package I discovered that I had been duped with a substandard tiny loofah that barely filled the palm of my hand. I have purchased other products from FMCGs that came with a free loofah that was the proper size. This is a clear attempt to fool customers into buying your product by enticing them with a free gift. However the free gift is of poor quality, half the size of a normal loofah, and definitely not big enough for a male to use in the shower.
