BIC insurance - Very Bad Service

On the 31st of July my house in Bloemfontein burned down... I had nothing left but the clothes I had on. It was terrible and very tragic.
My insurance company I am with is BIC. Never the less to say that it was the biggest mistake of my life. I am a loyal client and always paid up to date exc...
The assessor that was working with our claim was Carla Heyns. From the start she kept us in the dark about updates on reports, emails and important info that was needed the fasten the proses and to make sure every thing was done correctly.
She several times about handing in our report and feedback.
She landed up in mental hospital during the time that she was handling our claim without informing us of the delay due to the fact that she was in hospital. Our claim was put on hold without anyone informing us!!!

In the mean time we had to get a new place to stay and start from scratch to buy every thing and to get settled again with no help I mean no help no money in advance for the place that we had to rent that was suppose to be paid by them according to the contract I have with BIC.
8 weeks and still no money!!! Please be careful this company!!!
