A salesperson from FSP contact me, elbowed me into accepting delivery of a product "on apro", free trial for 14 days. Yay!
I went through the contents and found a very small component to actually be of any use. I called them 8 days later to reject the offer and invite them to collect their product - oh dear! Now they say that sending it back to them is at MY expense! Hahaha! I think NOT!!!
This bullying tactic of trying to shove their overpriced junk down peoples' throats should be illegal! I have advised their courier company that their own reputation may be at risk if they do not warn their client to desist from their despicable techniques.
