I bought a voucher online & booked the appointment a month before. We had just moved into our new house two days before the appointment was for. I received a call the morning of the booking from Peter confirming he was at the house to do the pest control. I forgot to leave the voucher & he assured me it was fine, I could email it and he would go ahead with the work. I emailed it to their office & received a follow up email as well as a follow up phone call the next morning to check if I was happy with the service.
