Zelenko customer service is truly PATHETIC and I'm pretty sure they are in violation of the Consumer Protection Act. I ordered canvas prints on the Daddy's Deal special 2 months ago and despite them confirming that the turnaround time is 3 weeks I still have not received my prints. I contacted them every week for the past month inquiring whether my prints are ready for collection (I refused to pay the R100 delivery fee as I live in Joburg) & hearing different excuses each time, I found out today (after contacting them yet again) that they're moving offices which has caused a delay... excuse no 57! I was then told that I could either fork out to have my prints delivered once they pulled themselves together or I can collect at their new offices in KRUGERSDORP. Have you ever?! There was absolutely no communication from their side to manage customer expectations, I have had to contact them to find out what is going on and now suddenly they are moving offices AND I MUST FORK OUT R100 TO GET MY PRINTS??!!?!?! This is appalling customer service, I'm absolutely disgusted at how Zelenko's handled this. Will NEVER use them again and will strongly discourage anyone I know from using them.
