Provided Zelenko with a 5mb picture from my wedding to be printed on an A1 canvas. Received it back after waiting weeks with bad colour and also looks as though it was edited.
The original was bright and the canvas looks washed out and I even look as though I have a black eye.
I called them to ask what happened and was told that it is my photographer and my fault as the image was photo shopped. Apparently the printer picks up the changes and prints the mistakes? Or so I was told. I cannot put this picture up in my house as it is ridiculous to pay for something and they make a mistake.
