Cancellation of due debit

please cancel my scheduled debit order starting from 30/09/2013. I have been trying to contact you so you can send me a written agreement as any legitimate company is able to do this with ease.
I have also been to hellopeter's website and there seems to be no customers satisfied with your services or the company.

based on these reasons, please terminate my verbal agreement to have my credit cleared by your company.

PS: do not debit on my account.
