And still no luck

So after over 1 year or so of quibbling about getting a new wheelie bin... i still don't have a bin!! And have now been told that i have to pay for a new bin - after a year of requesting a new one due to the pikitup staff breaking the wheel off my bin. I have subsequently been to the Christaan de Wet offices - filled out new forms (online and in the offices) to verify my bin (what on earth is that about... why must I verify my bin when i can't even get a new one due to damages...) and I still don't have a bin!!! And there are articles in the Northside Chronicle praising the fact that residents with damaged bins have been given new ones?? Clearly I'm out of the 'chosen area' or not offering enough 'CASH' to get a new bin!! Please - could somebody go back into their records and see how long I have been asking for a new bin??!!
