Saturday I went to Cape Gate and asked that my hair be cut hair short -it was down to my waist. Only once I got home I realised it had not been cut as it should have been, the back was perfect, the front most certainly was not. I phoned them and asked if I could come back on Sunday morning. They told me that they could not assist - I was persistent and they said they would assist. I told Dwayne that my hair was not right. I pointed out to him what needed to be done, then he proceeded to cut the wrong side even shorter. Not happy, I had to leave. I phoned him again and explained the problem and once again I needed to go back. Time and money wasted He phoned me later to say his manageress had said he is not work on my hair again. She could only help on Tuesday. Needless I had to put in a day's leave as I was embarresed to go to work. Once again more money and time wasted. I went in on Tuesday and the manageress said she could see what he did wrong and proceeded, as best she could, to rectify the problem which meant more hair had to cut and thinned out so that it had some sort of shape. She offered me a free treatment, but I do not want to go there again. I want my R250 reimbursed
