When I checked my cell c bill for my data card (which I have not used for 3 months) it was on R538. I phoned cell c and they said I was subscribed to smart call technology solutions. Never heard of them nor subscribed. I realised that this was added to my account from the beginning of the year. Some days the amount was taken 6 times. They are me!!!
