I called the hotline on the 30th of December and they where closing so cloud not help me. They did refer me to Riaan pools in Edenvale who where brilliant on the 3rd of Jan lending me a demo pool cleaner that worked amazingly to test my pool. I returned the cleaner and was told that my current X7 which has been replaced already would be checked by the rep last week.
Called them now only to be told I have to go all the way back there to take the proof of purchase in so that the rep can then take another look and then authorise a replacement.
The problem is time spent running backwards and forwards and trying to fix this while my pool gets dirtier by the day. Not a call back or anything from Zodiac.
Riaan pools have been amazing but they cannot authorise the swap and I now have to go drop the reciept off and wait even longer to get approval then have to return there again.
This is a little ridiculous no wonder Mica here in Bedfordview pushed me to deal direct.
