Trademarks and Patents submits registration documents to CIPC. Almost two months after sending documents and making payment, i was notified that my documents have been misplaced. I asked them to refund me as they did not manage to perform any of the services that they promised me and they agreed. After a week of waiting for my refund i queried and they did not respond. eventaully when i did manage to get them on the phone i was notified that i should send an email to Sorita Pullin saying that i will go to my attorney if i do not get my refund, as this was the only way to get her attention. Sorita Pullin finally replies by saying that she will not refund me in the time that i request and that the fact that she indends to refund me means that she can take as much time as she wants.
