Hi. I am complaining on behalf of my girlfriend who is an Avon Rep. She places orders online and with her last order, she did not submit it as she was waiting on a few clients to get their orders in. When she logged in to add to the order and submit it, she saw that it was already submitted. Her area manager decided on her own free will to submit the incomplete order. Avon contacts clients if the deadline is near, so that they can submit. This so called manager needs to be dealt with. I have tried contacting her and she doesn't respond. This is unacceptable. I also need the direct contact details of the person who my area manager reports to so that if there are further issues, I can go direct.
