I contacted one of the sales agents who sold me a reverse osmosis machine of a certain capacity, on the pamphlet she sent me there was a picture as to what it would look like. I was called every day to follow up until payment was made, when the parcel was delivered, the machine looked like a toy and nothing like on the pamphlet she sent me. I then communicated that she had falsely represented the machine she sold to me and that I would be returning it the next day. I returned the parcel via courier and confirmed that they had received it so I can get my refund. It will be a full week tomorrow, and nothing has been done, when I call I get sent from pillar to post and nothing ever gets done. The supposed bookkeeper is always in a meeting and knocks off at midday every day, so you never get to follow up. When she does answer then apparently their servers were down and she's just about to attend to your matter and then nothing happens. What kind of or unprofessional business are these people running???
