Lack of Service

I called Bergens 2 Apr about my washing machine. Tanya arranged collection for that evening. I had to leave work early because they close at 5. No feedback until late Fri evening. I made do without my machine for the weekend. Monday 8 Apr, I call for feedback, get the quote and made payment. Machine was delivered 8 Apr, again I left work early. First load of washing resulted in water still pouring out the bottom of the machine. I call Tues 16 Apr, Tanya says they tested it and it was working, no apologies for the inconvenience. Technicians come out Wed 17 Apr, but had to take the machine back. I call Fri 19 Apr to confirm I will have my machine for the weekend. I was told delivery would be Fri night / Sat morning. I leave work early Fri, No delivery over the weekend. No call to cancel / apologise. I call Mon, tell Tanya I am upset about non delivery and the fact that they didn't even put a stopper in the pipe to allow me to use my dishwasher over the weekend. No apologies were made. She got "short" with me asking if I am home tonight. I have to leave work early again to accommodate their hours. So much for Service.
