After requesting Amazing vouchers to delete my information off their system in March I received an email welcoming me as a member this week and they deducted R150 and R195 off my bank account. when i emailed and enquired the person said that i don't have an account. When i phoned in and spoke to someone she said that they had a system error on wednesday and alot of people experienced the same thing. Good customer service would have been to email the parties involved and refund their money but NO. Now i even have to wait 10 working days from the moment they get confirmation from the bank that the money has been deducted. Obviously there are no hurry to sort things out and that is if I will see that money again.
