On 8 March 2013 a consultant called Unathi called me explaining about Amazing vouchers and how they work. I was impressed and I told her I am interested in their product, however I don't have that R195 as required but she said it is fine because the amount will only be debited on 15 April. On 15 March 2013, R195 plus R150 was debited from my account. I called the Amazing vouchers customer care on Monday 18 March 2013 informing them that money was debited from account and that is not the agreement between me and Unathi. Noma from the customer centre told me that they will listen to the tapes of the conversation between me and Unathi but however, their recording machines were out of order since last month.
Noma said she will call me as soon as they are operational. I called in again on 20 March but they told me that the phone records are still not operational and if i want to cancel i have to pay around R500 or I have to continue with the membership for 4months before I could cancel of which I was not even informed about. This is because they will be taking money for something that I no longer need. People be warned you will be ripped off your hard eraned
