I called Homechoice this morning looking for a paid up letter and i was referred to Vertex and when i called Vertex on 0127562444 i spoke to Collen after telling him what i was looking for he then said he'll transfer me to someone @ Bruwer not explaining to me why. While i was holding he hungup. I called again and the same thing happened but this time around I didn't get the persons name and mind you I'm calling from my cell phone and i want this paid up letter.
