Load of personal laundry taken into laundrette for washing and ironing on 8th August 2013.
Informed on collection on the 9th that a shirt was given to wrong client in error and that owner Grant would contact me.
Grant did not contact and I phoned him and he informed he would attempt to retrieve the item and if not would compensate to the value of the shirt approx. R300.
