I took my mother's suit to Sibongile Laundry & Dry Cleaning services to be washed on the 27th of August 2013. When I went back to fetch it I didn't check it because I was in a hurry. When I got home and gave it to my mother, she immediately saw that there was something wrong with it. It had changed it's colour and had silver-grey patterns on it which were never there. I took it back to them the following day and complained about this, they took it and said they will wash it again. They called me after 2 days to tell me my mother's outfit was ready, but when I got there it was still the same nothing had been done. They told me the laundry (Springbok Steam Laundry - in Jacobs, Dbn south) where they took it to told them that there was nothing wrong with the outfit, the silver-grey patterns were part of the design, which was not true. I spoke to the owner, Lindiwe, and she told me that she would sort out this whole mess and she would give us feedback. Till this day (09/10/13) she hasn't given us any proper feedback instead she ignores our calls and when she does answer she tells us she is busy. I'm really not happy with the way this has been handled. She needs to compensate my mother.
