Expensive sandals but poor poor quality

For the 2nd and 4th time in a row, my son's 4th pair and my daughter 2nd pair of haviannas snap at the toe! Eveytime I take it back and am told I can only exchange in a 6 month period - I get a new pair the first time, and the second time and suddenyl I am told the 6 month period only apply to the first 6 months of the shoes life. I actually do not want another pair - EVER! I just need to tell everyone that the sandal is so expensive and I thought I would rather pay because at least I am getting quality - NOT TRUE. You might as well buy a cheap pair, no name brand and will most probably last longer. WHAT A RIP OFF
