I tried to make a booking with Rebeccas Nail and Beauty Bar with a groupon voucher who informed me I can only book on a Tuesday or a Wednesday. This is not according to the voucher. When I queried this she said I am booking too late because they sold a 1000 vouchers they can't help me. I explained to her that I can't take leave for this and that I am still calling in advance.
She started yelling at me that it is not her problem (with a baby crying in the background) and then put the phone down on me. WOW. I was calm and willing to try and look for a solution. I can't believe places like these are in business.
