I received a call from Global Visas to confirm that I wouldn't be getting a refund because management have been through my file and are happy to take my money and not deliver the service promised to me. I've explained my story to about 4 different people to date and I'm still being denied my hard earned money. Which part of no proper consultation, not delivering as promised, constitutes good service and deserving of payment. No matter how much they convince themselves it's not about the money thats the bottom line. They're out to get what they can from Joe Public and too bad for you if you get caught in their scheme. I appreciate that some people have been assisted but what about the other 90% of us who've been robbed! I'm an ordinary citizen earning a below average salary who scraped by for months to pay these people in the hopes that they would help me. But instead of being treated like a valuable customer I'm being told we have your money too bad if our service isn't good but we aren't giving your money back so too bad you can like it or lump it (coz we got your cash).
