Unhygienic conditions and rude staff

I pay for a post box at the Boksburg Post office and am constantly disgusted by the unhygienic conditions around the post boxes. Vagrants sleep in this area over night and every Monday morning when i come to collect my post there is urine and faeces covering the floor around the post boxes. In addition there are hundred of flyers on the floor (that have been placed in the post boxes illegally) as the dustbins have been removed. I have spoken to the branch manager and nothing has been done. As a paying box owner it is unacceptable to have such conditions. The area should be locked off at night to avoid vagrants defiling the area and should be cleaned every morning - what are we paying for if not basic services such as hygiene. The man in charge of sorting the post is extremely rude and tells customers to clean up the mess themselves or just ignores us - he is in desperate need of customer service training. I suggest you fire this rude, inefficient man since I often get post that is not meant for me, even after informing him which post is not to be placed in my box.
