Bought a Air rifle from them, when it arrived the barrel and stock did not line up 100%, and HP bottle was skew as well. Then I phoned them and they said it's fine, should not give any issues. Then when I shot it over a chronograph it was evident that the regulator was also faulty, and rifle shooting skew dew to barrel pointing skew.
I paid R10 000 deposit on the rifle, and when I changed my mind about it they did not want to pay me back the deposit, they wanted to claim 10% of my deposit for no reason.
I did not want to loose R1000 so paid the rest, even if it was not what I asked for nor wanted.
Rifle was sent to the importers of Theoben air rifles, but I was soon told that this was never imported by them and also have no warranty from Theoben due to someone drilling a hole in the stock. (Airgunfanatix drilled the hole, that why everything is scew.
So I made a complaint with the NCC, but still waiting 5 months later for them to look at it. NCC is useless.
Now when I send the rifle back, they keep on sending in back as they don't want anything to do with it.
So I spent R17 000 on a air rifle that cannot be used, nor do the company I bought it from want to even look at it
