I bought a rifle at City Guns in Cape Town on the 04/04/2013. They did not have the rifle in stock but had already ordered rifle's from the supplier. I had to pay the amount in full. On Friday the 05/04/2013 they let me know that the rifle did arrive.
I called on Wendsday the 10/04/2013 to acquire about the paper work to apply for the license for the rifle. Andre promised to call me back in 5 minutes. You guessed it no returned phone call.
Saturday the 13/04/2013 I called again, 08:40, and left a message for Andre to call me back, he was busy with a client. At 10:30 I called again and spoke to Andre, but he was again busy with a client and again would phone me back in 5 minutes. Again he did not phone back.
Is this the service I am looking for, indeed not.
