My company was a member at Cofesa to handle labour related matters. After very bad service eg: consultants not arriving for disciplinary hearing etc. I decided to end my membership. My cancellation was made 2 months ago and after several phonecalls and many empty promises form Audrey at the head office I decided end of July to stop my debit order as nothing was done on their side, and today I received an e-mail to inform me my debit order was stopped and I must rectify it immediately. I am totally fed up with the bad service I received is it too
much to ask JUST TO CANCELL MY MEMBERSHIP AND SEND ME A LETTER OF CONFIRMATION???!!!
