Us not on time and overloaded, always breaking do

All of us using this bus just had enough now! The bus is late most of the time, it breaks down because they don't look after the busses! The bus is always overloaded! They sending a small bus that carries 32 passengers! The bus is overloaded where people have to get out of the bus in order for other people to get in and out! People have to stand outside! This is just unaceptable! You paying to have a seat to sit on not to stand!
