Time that somebody nails WantItAll. An item which was badly described on their website and which we paid over R500 for costs in any other toy shop R149. Their mark-up is over 250%. After many weeks emails and passing it on to other departments or ignore am sick and tired and have taken legal steps against the company which is totally not compliant with the consumer protection act. The item has been returned but not collected as well. A complaint at the Consumer Tribunal has been lodged. Being an attorney I am going to have some fun taking these guys on. A letter of demand has been send and what is next is the legal step including my legal fees and damages. This company should be shut down. If wanting to order something online, use rather a trustworthy company such as Kalahari which never ever gave me problems.
