Went to Steers somerset west main road at several occasions for a cones (my family) and i was told the machine is out of use and the manager does nothing to repair the machine. on more than one occasion. friday i went to steers waterstone village and the same supervisor of somerset west was there. i ask for a normal cones and pay for it... after which my son changed his mind and ask for a dip. i did not get any cone yet i was charged R7.00 extra for the dip. normal cones is R4.20 and with dip its. R9.80. - they want me to pay R4.20 R7.00 just because they were clueless on how to operate the till... no apologies broad daylight they overcharged me cause the teller did'nt know how to make an either sums or corrections on the till... NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I EVER GO BACK AND I AM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW AND GET NOT TO SUPPORT STEERS... SERVICE DELIVERY DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING TO THEM. :-(
