No service, no feedback no customer service

Orders an eye safety product in December, the wrong product delivered, battled to get a response then Maria (?) said she would have the package collected immediately - I had to phone her after two weeks to find out if I should stay home and wait for collection, again promised immediately collection - 3 days later and then it was the collection company that was a problem - she never communicated until I made contact, and the package was collected on the 18th January. Told 7 to 15 days for replacement product. Emailed her yesterday she says her suppliers haven't sent the product - 19 days later and I had to make contact. Shocking dealings but the customer must pay up front.
