I bought some durex 2-1 massage gel from PNP Claremont. I then flew overseas and when I got to my destination I found out that the bottle had exploded in my luggage. I then sent messages to Durex and they told me that Reckitt Benckiser had taken Durex products over.
I then called RB and received the following reference number 2013060092... 3 weeks went by and no one called me... so I called back and the woman in customer care said she would send an email to someone... now another 2 weeks have gone by and still no one has contacted...
This is called bad service beyond a reasonable doubt... Luckily this is not a life threatening case otherwise I might be dead before you bother to return a call.
All I want is a replacement for the one I bought, I have photos of the damaged bottle.
I want answers to why I have been ignored? The item is not cheap and I am utterly disgusted at the lack of after sales service by your company.
