I bought a BSG Airrifle from them in May. Sales was good and friendly, a month later the stock screws sheared off (very rare and no-one had seen this happen before). I request the gun be replaced, unless BSG could confirm what had caused the fault and not just repair the fault. I was told they see the supplier every week. Two weeks later I called back, to hear the supplier had not been, but would be coming that week. A week later I called to be told that they would bore the screws out and re-make them, which I said was not acceptable (the manager could not be bothered to discuss with me, but agreed they would replace. I went in on that Sat, and they did not have in stock, although the person I dealt with re-checked my details and was very friendly. I called them again a few weeks later asking if they had stock - they did. I went in to be greeted by a very cold attitude and sulky service. I did get the replacement air rifle, but will not be going back (unless for warranty claims) and will not recommend them to anyone. Such mixed service, but overall very poor in dealing with me.
