Overall bad service

I booked a 6 x 3 storage unit, I asked if i could pay for the up front payment after pay day. i was not told the unit had been let until the day i got to the facility. I was then offered two units to make up for the size i was expecting which made my decision to use this supplier uneconomical. I declined and had to squash my belongings int a smaller unit. I returned to the facility with a load to find it locked and the manager told me i had to pay a hundred or so rand which was outstanding due to the confusion with the units. I was told I would have to pay cash there and then with no prior warning. I asked for change from the representative who wouldn't't unlock until he had the money. He said he didn't't have change. I spoke to the manager who told me there and then i had to have the correct amount again with no prior warning. to this day I still have not received my change. I told the manager I needed a larger unit which he arranged for August. He phoned me at the last minute to tell me it wasn't available anymore. Yesterday I received an SMS telling me I had to be out of my present unit by the end of August. Not enough space to continue but sufficed to say, I wont recommend them
