Failure To Acknowledge Internet Payment

On the 28th July (a Sunday) I paid my TV license through the SABC TV license web site. The transaction appeared to complete successfully and i was expecting a receipt. The receipt didn't arrive and I am shown as still owing R265. Unfortunately my Credit Card account has been debited with R265 in respect of a TV License payment. I immediately used the "Contact Us" facility on the SABC web site to query the situation, but I have yet to receive a response. (I sent a new complaint this evening but am not holding my breath). I should like the payment to be acknowledged against my account, leaving me with a zero balance.
