We had a power cut on Sunday 11 August. I have called City of Johannesburg on Monday morning 12 August about power. The agent told me the matter will be resolved in 1 - 4 hours. It's been 5 days now with out power. I just called them now with a reference and lady by the name of Masichaba was so rude and impatient with me and i asked her when will this be resolved. SHe just decided to be rude to me and sounded not interested.
