I recently purchased a 2 litre cooldrink from the supplier of coo eee softdrinks . the item was returned to the store . i was not refunded or replaced but rather told by coo ee headoffice that it will be collected for testing and a sales rep would contact me to discuss further . after numerous calls i was told mr ismail is gone for prayers etc, like i dont pray in our fasting month and he obviously forgets as he is praying in this holy month . should customers wait for him . or should i also send this mail to all his other competitors out there.

an e mail was sent this morning at 9 with no response as well .when i called the office again, i was told he is gone for prayers . thank you for the terrible service but i will not buy this product ever again, an tell others as well
