My statement wrong balance

I applied for a product by home choice october 2012 and to pay off in 6 months, i was happy with the service than i appiled for a second product and the sales agents description was not what was deliverd i than returned it and paid a postage fee, which was refunded, but wen i received the statement the amount incresed instead of dercrease. I phoned send emails the only time i received phone calls from home choice is when they want to sell a product or discuss how i am gonna pay them it is not like i dont pay i actually pay every month. All i want is for the statementto be recitify as the fist consultant told me that it will be resolved in 7 days still waiting and the product was returned on the 23/12/2012 and it is the 29/01/2013. and still querry was not resolve.
