Miniscule Complaint

Bought a 2lt. Coca Cola, when open I realised that it had no gas. I sent an e-mail through their website giving all the details on the bottle eg batch, time etc which you get on each bottle in order for them to investigate.
Few days later was contacted by them and the consultant asked where was the cooldrink, I told him that it was thrown away. The response was then that there was nothing they could do without the bottle. I then told him that I was not interested in keeping the bottle or going back to the shop to get it replaced, I was contacting them to inform them that I was not satisfied with their gasless cooldrink, with the information given it is easy to know where it was bottled, what time, which batch etc but they are not willing to look at the real issue because I threw out gabbage. I feel that I do not need to tolerate any company that lets me waste my money so to Coca Cola I say continue acting like the a complaint like mine is miniscule, times are changing and there is going to be no more of such business practice.
