Myself, my husband and a friend went to Spur Ladies Mile on Sunday 7 July 2013 for dinner. Everything was fine until our friend drank his cooldrink and almost cut his lip on the glass as the glass was chipped. We then called the waiter to inform him and he looked at us and seemed to be very confused. My husband then told him to tell the manager to come and see us and replace the cooldrink as our friend could not drink from a chipped glass. The waiter came back with new glass of cooldrink and told us that the manager just told him to replace the cooldrink as the manager was too busy to come and talk to us. I find this behaviour very unprofessional especially since it is the manager's job to manage situations like this.
