Nobody is answering the telephone

I a triering to stop my contract with Telkom because I am moving. For the past two days I tried to phone them and followed the instructions on the call sentre's line. I spend hours on the line - nobody is answering! The last call is was holding one hour! What must I do? Bad, bad service!!!
