To anyone who has the misfortune of renting from Johanna Lotz
She is by far the worst person I've ever had to deal with in any industry when it comes to service.
She doesn't understand the meaning of "after sale service" or even "follow up". You cant believe if she says it is raining, you should still check to be sure because she cant be trusted.
I waited 3 months before I eventually called her to get repairs done in my flat...
On another occasion when she told me that the garden service cost was suddenly mine to pay, when I pressured her to explain why she had not informed me of this when I moved in, she hung up on me, and didn't contact me again for 3 months after I had asked her to have her supervisor call me.
I am happy to say that I don't rent from her any more, and I warn anybody to be very careful when dealing with this foul woman.
