Before purchasing their product, I e-mailed them with questions. My e-mails were sent mostly late at night after work and were responded to that same night. Kathryn went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and provide the necessary information. Her communication was always friendly, professional and welcoming.
Once I decided to go ahead with the purchase, she offered to ship the product (it is an online company) before I had even paid due to my salary not reflecting in my bank account yet. I received an e-mail just passed 7am that morning (after confirming passed 10pm the night before) that my order has been dispatched to the couriers and was provided with a tracking number. I was informed polity informed afterward that due to the weekend, it may take one or two days extra (completely understandable, but communication is key!)
