I was called about the service, told there were over "300" restaurants to choose from. I accepted the deal. I went onto the website to find that there are only 12 restaurants in PTA, and 4 of them are the same. I emailed right then to say I no longer want to service- what is the point in going to Jo'burg to get the other 113 Restaurants? I then received an SMS saying my Card is on its way, I responded saying I no longer want the service. I then called in to cancel- the woman was desperate to keep me, offered me all sorts of other services, and then got frumpy when I continued to turned her down and insisted on cancelling. THIS MORNING I GOT BILLED! I want to be refunded my money! And I strongly suggest EVERYONE avoid calls from Double Deals.
