I paid upfront for a 5 year contract for hair removal. I never missed an appointment. I arrived for my next appointment on 16 May 2013 to find the lights off, doors locked and phone number disabled. They closed down completely without even telling their clients. It is unprofessional and down right insulting. Who do I contact to get my money back?
Mint Skin and laser has since re-opened with the Bull dust excuse that they sent an email to all clients that they would be closing for a while but it "failed" to send.
My contract has been cancelled and I have been offered a free session of laser because I missed one while they were closed but now I have to pay for all future sessions even though I paid for a 5 year contract up front. DISGUSTING!
