I would like to compliment the Management and staff of KAPAMA Private Game Reserve on the standard of service rendered during our stay. Not only is it obvious that staff morale is of the highest order, but the guests are treated on an experience not surpassed anywhere in the world! The functional staff is well trained and are on top of their respective disciplines leaving the guest with a feeling of professionalism "calm efficiency". I must say that this experience is surely the roll-out of the legacy which the late founder of KAPAMA, Mr Johann Roode created in terms of Eco-tourism, taken forward by the current CEO and third generation executive, Mr Bernard Roode.
