I would like to lodge a complaint against Le Chan Williams, a sales representative of Avon. She has been constantly harassing me. I enquired about one of the avon products and made a non written agreement to purchase a product from her. However she did not respond and took to long to do so. I then became frustrated and decided I do not want the item anymore. However she has been sending me disturbing emails demanding money from me and has even lodged a complaint with my employer and this is not eve a work issue. AVON has a cash on delivery policy and I did not receive any goods nor do I want any due to bad service and bad attitude. As a consumer I have the right to change my mind. I find this womans conduct pathetic and unprofessional. What's even worse is that I have never even met nor know her the order was done by a friend of hers at work
