A driver of one of Gas 2 U's delivery trucks accidentally reversed into my vehicle. He admitted guilt, but as I was new in the country and didn't know the local musts and absolute musts, I neglected to find an independent witness. I paid the excess on my insurance which Gas 2 U refused to reimburse. My insurance company (at that time) had taken the matter further, however Gas 2 U won't budge. I find it totally unethical!
