I phoned Eskom call centre on the 11/07/13 to find out the closing time for Midway office in Soweto, I was told all Eskom offices close at 16:15.
I went to Midway arrived at 15:50 and I was refused entry on the 11/07/13 by the security. I asked them what time do they close, I was told 16:00 and I said to them its not yet 16:00 and they told me that the staff inside will fight them if they let people in, if the small blue gate is closed it means the office is closed.
Disappointing to drive all the way from pta to Soweto only to be turned away
