Charleen I am starting to feel that you do not want to hear me out here or assist. It's easy for you people to debit yet hard to track whether the consumer is making use of the service or not. I quote;" The vouchers you have received were for the premiums you have already paid and you are still able to redeem them through the Rythmic Beat website or Call Centre.", listen I am really starting to lose my patience with this company. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! is that too much to ask for?

" If you have any more queries or concerns, please contact me personally on 0861 99 00 00." and waste my money once AGAIN??? If you cannot respond to emails (yes, I used the email address on your site) what makes you think that I would want to hold the line all day? AT THIS STAGE I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER YOUR COMPANY WILL REFUND ME OR NOT, so I may proceed with the next step.
